By accessing or using BigQube, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

• Use BigQube in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Respect intellectual property rights and do not misuse our services.

BigQube reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice.

We collect and process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using BigQube, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

BigQube is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

All payments on BigQube are processed in South African Rand (ZAR) via PayFast. If prices are displayed in other currencies, these are estimates based on current exchange rates and may differ from the final amount charged by your card provider. Your card provider may apply its own exchange rate and additional fees. By using our service, you acknowledge and accept that the final charge will be in ZAR.

BigQube and its content, features, and functionality are owned by BigQube and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you upload, but grant us a license to use it for providing our services.

• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services.
• You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from our software.
• All trademarks, service marks, and logos used on BigQube are our property or the property of their respective owners.
• You grant BigQube a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display content you upload for the purpose of providing our services.

You agree not to use BigQube for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services. Prohibited activities include:

• Uploading malicious content, viruses, or harmful code.
• Creating QR codes that link to illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Using our services to spam, harass, or distribute unsolicited communications.
• Violating any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
• Interfering with or disrupting our services or servers.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, illegal activity, or at our sole discretion. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use BigQube will cease immediately, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of BigQube will be resolved through binding arbitration in South Africa, except where prohibited by law. You waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

BigQube is operated by BigQube (Pty) Ltd, a company registered in the Republic of South Africa.
