Your QR Images, Your Google Drive™
BigQube empowers you by storing all generated QR code images and uploaded event photos directly in your own Google Drive account. This means full control, enhanced security using Google's infrastructure, and easy access to your assets anytime. We don't hold your data hostage.
Transparent Pay-Per-Use
Say goodbye to recurring monthly fees! Our straightforward pay-per-use pricing means you only pay for the dynamic QR codes you create or specific advanced features you utilize. Static QR codes are often free. Pricing is always clearly displayed before you commit.
Getting Started
- Sign up for a BigQube account or log in.
- Access your dashboard to view and manage your QR codes.
- Click "Create QR Code" to generate a new dynamic QR code. Choose from various types like URLs, text, vCard, event RSVPs, or photo uploads.
- Personalize your QR code: give it a name, description, and explore brand customization options like adding logos, changing colors, and selecting frames to match your style.
- Save your dynamic QR code. Remember, you can update its destination or content anytime without reprinting!
- Download your QR code image for printing or digital sharing. It's stored securely in your Google Drive.
Managing Your Dynamic QR Codes
- View all your QR codes in the dashboard, sorted by creation date or name for easy access.
- Edit QR code details, update the linked content of your dynamic codes instantly, or change their status (active/inactive).
- Refine the look of your QR codes using our brand customization tools even after creation.
- Download QR codes in multiple formats (PNG, SVG) for high-quality use in print or digital media, directly from your Google Drive link if needed.
- Delete QR codes you no longer need (note: this action is often irreversible).
Analytics & Insights
Gain valuable insights into how your QR codes are performing:
- Track the total number of scans for each QR code to measure engagement.
- See scan data over time to understand trends and campaign effectiveness.
- (Coming Soon) Discover geographic locations of scans and device types used.
- Access all analytics directly from your dashboard for each QR code.
Account & Settings
- Update your profile information, email, and password securely in your account settings.
- Manage preferences for notifications and other platform settings.
- If applicable, manage your Google Drive connection for QR image storage.
- View your usage history if relevant to the pay-per-use model.
